GIRIS AkilliVardiyaTakvimi ("Uygulama"), kullanicilarin is yerlerine giris ve cikis saatlerini otomatik olarak takip etmelerine yardimci olan bir mobil uygulamadir. Calisma Saati Verileri - Giris/cikis zamanlari - Mola sureleri - Gunluk, haftalik ve aylik calisma istatistikleri - Is yeri konum bilgisi (enlem, boylam, yaricap) 2.3. Uygulama Tercihleri - Mesai saati ayarlari - Tema tercihi (acik/koyu mod) - Bildirim tercihleri 3. VERILERIN SAKLANMASI - Tum veriler YALNIZCA cihazinizda yerel olarak saklanir (Room Database kullanilarak). - Hicbir veri harici sunuculara, bulut hizmetlerine veya ucuncu taraflara GONDERILMEZ. - Verileriniz yalnizca sizin cihazinizda kalir ve sadece siz erisebilirsiniz. - Uygulama kaldirildiginda tum veriler otomatik olarak silinir. 4. VERILERIN KULLANIMI Toplanan veriler yalnizca su amaclarla kullanilir: - Is yerine giris ve cikis zamanlarini otomatik kaydetmek - Gunluk, haftalik ve aylik calisma istatistiklerini hesaplamak - Mola surelerini takip etmek - Kullanicaya giris/cikis bildirimleri gostermek - Takvim gorunumunde calisma saatlerini gorsellestirmek 5. VERI PAYLASIMI - Hicbir kisisel veri, konum bilgisi veya calisma saati verisi ucuncu taraflarla PAYLASILMAZ. - Uygulama internet baglantisi gerektirmez (Google Maps harita gorunumu haric). - Reklam aglari veya analitik servisleri kullanilmamaktadir. 6. UCUNCU TARAF SERVISLER 6.1. Google Maps API - Is yeri konumunu harita uzerinde secmek icin Google Maps kullanilir. - Google Maps kullanimi Google'in kendi gizlilik politikasina tabidir: https://policies.google.com/privacy - Harita gorunumu disinda Google'a veri gonderilmez. 6.2. Google Play Services Location API - Konum tespiti icin Google Play Services kullanilir. - Konum verileri yalnizca cihazda islenir, Google'a gonderilmez. 7. VERI GUVENLIGI - Tum veriler cihazda sifreli Room Database ile saklanir. - Uygulama, Android isletim sisteminin guvenlik katmanlarindan yararlanir. - Verilerinize yalnizca siz erisebilirsiniz. - Uygulama, gereksiz izinler talep etmez. 8. KULLANICI HAKLARI Kullanici olarak su haklara sahipsiniz: - Konum izinlerini istediginiz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz (Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > AkilliVardiyaTakvimi > Izinler). - Uygulama icinden tum kayitlarinizi silebilirsiniz. - Uygulamayi kaldirarak tum verilerinizi kalici olarak silebilirsiniz. - Arka plan konum takibini istediginiz zaman durdurabilirsiniz. 9.
